WATER RIGHTS SERVICES
WYOMING WATER RIGHTS CONSULTING, INC. is dedicated to helping Wyoming's water users fully identify, develop, utilize and protect their water right assets. We have designed our services to detect and correct any discrepancies between the client's water rights of record and his actual use of water - before those situations become serious problems. It has been our experience that water users are only using 60-80% of their water rights. Our goal is to assist our clients with perfecting and using 100% of their water rights to improve their bottom line! We take our clients' best interests to heart!
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
INVESTIGATIONS - provide the client records and other evidence necessary to defend against eliminations and cancellations initiated by the State and abandonments filed by other water users. Expert testimony regarding the extent, status, and beneficial use of the water right is available.
NEW WATER RIGHTS APPLICATIONS/PETITIONS - are prepared and filed for any beneficial use of water. Most domestic and stock water applications do not require the certification of a surveyor or an engineer. However, the firm now has a licensed LAND SURVEYOR and can also recommend or engage a licensed PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, as necessary to accommodate our clients' other needs.
WATER RIGHTS MARKETING - water rights are valuable and transferable. We assist clients with maximizing the value of their water right asset through perfecting their water rights. Further, we can market those water rights to prospective buyers and are available to assist with executing the transfer.
WATER MEASUREMENT - we use a Marsh-McBirney Flowmeter 2000 and topsetting wading rod for open-channel flow measurements. We can determine whether you're getting all your water through your irrigation ditch.
All of our services are easily tailored to suit your individual needs. Please call us today.
